We would like to present you a horse riding tour that will be unforgettable one. Kyrgyz Republic is famous for its Celestial mountains, nomads and horses. In Tien Shan Mountains where it is still possible to meet real nomads you will ride a horse. For the duration of this tour you will visit the largest in Kyrgyzstan mountain lake Issyk Kul and you will have a chance to ride a horse in Terskey (Shady Mountains) Ala - Too. Also you will sleep in nomadic dwellings - yurts.
Tour summary:
Day 1: Bishkek - Chon Kemin valley
Your guide will collect you at Manas International Airport and transfer you to Bishkek (the capital city of Kyrgyz Republic) (30 min. drive). IN Bishkek city you will start the day with delicious breakfast. The whole day will be devoted to a guided Bishkek City Tour. This city tour concludes the visiting of the National philharmonic, central Ala-Too Square, the History Museum, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Art Gallery Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Oriental Osh Bazaar, and many other interesting places that attract your attention. Transfer to the Chon Kemin valley in the Kalmak-Ashuu Guesthouse after city
tour. On the way, we will visit the Burana Tower (minaret of the 11 century) and its attached open air museum of Balbans (stone warriors). You will spend the night in Kalmak - Ashuu guesthouse. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m.
Day 2: Chon Kemin valley - gorge Kitchi Kyzyl Suu
At 7 o'clock your breakfast will be served. After breakfast, you will start your trip to Kitchi Kyzyl Suu by vehicle. During our trip we will go along the southern shore of the Celestial Issyk-Kul Lake(1608m.above sea level). Lake - Issik Kul is the second largest alpine lake in the world. This lake is very often called "the pearl of Central Asia". After arrival in the gorgeous Kitshi Kyzyl Suu gorge you will have a horseback riding. In Kichi Kyzyl Suu you can try Kyrgyz staple national drink - Kumis - fermented mare's milk. Dinner is served at 7 p.m. Overnight is in tents.
Day 3: Kitchi Kyzyl Suu - Kashka-Suu Lake
After 8 o'clock breakfast you will pack your backpacks and have a rise on horses to 3891m. Pass Kashka-Suu, where you will have a lunch. After that you will ride your horse for 6 hours to the Kashka-Suu Lake (3800 meters above sea level). The lake is replenished by melt water from the glacier that is why the water is so clean and sparkling there. At 7p.m. dinner is served. Overnight is in tents.
Day 4: Lake Kashka-Suu - river Kumtor (3012m.)
Early morning breakfast, and you will start 6 hours horse riding to Kumtor River, during which you will ride among the Mountains of Ak Shirak, which are snow capped even in summer. You will be surprised with the changeable weather of this place. The weather there can change from summer heat to winter snow within 20 minutes. Kumtor River is the most well-known place for gold diggers. There even in now days some people try to find gold. You will spend the night in tents near the Central Tien Shan observatory. Dinner will be served at 7 o' clock in the evening.
Day 5: Kumtor - Arabel Suu
The day starts at 8 o'clock with a breakfast. After breakfast you will ride your horse for five hours along Arabel Suu River. Traditional lunch. After meal we will continue to the mountain lakes valley. There is the valley of eight lakes. They are situated nearby to each other and you can see all of them simultaneously. It makes memorable feelings to walk there. Dinner and night in tents near the Arabel Suu River.
Day 6: Arabel Suu - Chokoli Lakes (3006m)
Your breakfast will be served at 8 o'clock in the morning. So, we continue our horseback riding to the Chokoli Lakes. Also you will visit a glacier not far from the mountain lake. With a bit of fortune you can see Marco Polo sheep and ibexes there. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. You will have this overnight in tents near the lake.
Day 7: Chokoli Lakes - Bishkek (by car)
After having breakfast and packing your backpacks you will be transferred to Bishkek city by vehicle. Arrival in Bishkek is at around 5 p.m. In the Hotel*** you will have free time for yourself until your pick up at 7 p.m. for having a farewell dinner in a restaurant.
Day 8: Flight home
Your guide will pick you up from the Hotel at the time arranged previously according to the details of your flight and accompany you to Manas Airport.
