Welcome to our small but sunny country! We would like to present you a perfect tour for people who love the beauty of the mountain nature with its crystal pure air, the blue lakes with their warm and clear water and caressing sun. We organized a special tour which will be held on the southern shore of Issyk Kul Lake. During this tour you will see our famous lake which is known as Kyrgyz Sea because of its huge size and real nomads. You will have a chance to feel real nomadic life staying for night in yurt - nomadic dwellings made of only natural materials wood felt and leather. We are waiting for you do not lose your chance.

The tour: 

Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek
You will be met by our tour -guide at Manas International Airport and accompanied to you to Bishkek City (30 min. drive), where you start the day with breakfast. After accommodation in a hotel*** which is situated in a calm part of the city you will have a rest. Afterwards you will have an outing to Natural Park Ala-Archa. It is situated in the Ala-Arch gorge, on the Kyrgyz ridge (a spur of Tien-Shan), in 45 km from Bishkek - capital of Kyrgyzstan. You go to the top of a mountain to have a nice view of this famous gorge. Return to Bishkek. Dinner time 7 p.m. Night is in a three stars Hotel.
 
Day 2: Bishkek - Jukku gorge
Breakfast time is 7 a.m.; afterwards you will start your trip to Jukku gorge by bus and your guides will tell you about life of nomadic people customs and their unusual traditions. On the way, you drive through the stunning Boom gorge. Then you continue your way to the Jukku gorge along the southern shore of the glaring Issyk-Kul Lake, which is second largest mountain lake in the world (1608 m. asl). The Lake is also known as "The pearl of Central Asia". On the way you visit the Burana Tower (minaret built in 11 century) and its open air museum of Balbals (stone soldiers referring to 6-7 century). When you come to Jukku gorge; you have hiking through the gorge to your tent camp. Dinner is served in the camp, night is in a tent camp.
 
Day 3: Jukku gorge
Today you have acclimatization in Jukku gorge, where you have the opportunity to see its nature on your own. You can hike along the beautiful gorge and to take a bath in mineral thermal water; you climb its nearest peaks, visit red mountains or just to relax in the atmosphere of calm nature. There are amazing mountains, red rocks, and a cavern that is called "500 rams". It is a great chance to get acquainted with nomadic traditions and culture. Because there are nomads who still live in yurts and come to this summer pastures with their cattle and they are very hospitable and friendly. It is possible to try national drink Kumis (alcohol mare's milk) there. Dinner time is 7 a.m. You will see the process of making national food and you will even have a chance to partake in it.
 
Day 4: Jukku gorge - Chon Kyzyl Suu
After breakfast you will be hiking through the gorge Jukka (2520m asl) to the gorge Chon Kyzyl Suu. You hike along one of the route Great Silk Road as ancient nomads did. During this unforgettable trip you will see our celestial mountains and views of its virgin nature. Night is in tent camp.
 
Day 5: Chon Kyzyl Suu
After breakfast you leave the camp at 9 a.m. and continue your hiking to the astounding Ashu Tor pass (2800meters). After your lunch you have the rice to an amazing mountain lake, which finds its origin in a glacier. With a bit of luck you might see mountain goats. After enjoying the view of the mountain lake you will go back to the station. Our cooks will show you the way of national meals making. You can even participate in the process of making national dish "plov" You will feel as if you are 1 thousand years ago in wild Tien Shan Mountains because this place is so far from noisy world.
 
Day 6: Chon Kyzyl Suu - Djeti Oguz
After hearty breakfast you start your way to impressive Djeti Oguz gorge. You have hiking along picturesque places and you will be surprised how many different landscapes you can see within several hours. You won't notice how fast time goes because of different views during your way.
 
Day 7: Djeti Oguz - Oguz Bashi - Djeti Oguz
On the 7th day you will climb up to the Oguz Bashi glacier. You will see many yurts on the way. A yurta is an original nomad's dwelling. It is made of a wooden framework and covered by felt. Nomads live more than two thousand years in them. This is a collapsible dwelling that is built without nails. And it is enough 3-4 horses to carry it from one place to another. You will have a nice picnic with a view of the glacier and then you go down to your camp.
 
Day 8: Djeti Oguz
In the morning you have time to walk in this picturesque gorge. There are several tour-guides who accompany to the place you will choose. Some of you can hike to a mountain waterfall; others can go down the gorge to a resort that was built in Soviet time. It will be possible to take a bath with hot springs and have massage there. Or you can hike to the Red rocks that have unusual forms. Because of these rocks the whole gorge was named Djeti Oguz means "seven bulls". Indeed it looks like huge bulls from far distance. Also you will see the Broken Heart Mountain there; your guides will tell you legend about it. In the evening you will try our national food - kurdak. You can also participate in its making to know the secrets of Kyrgyz women. During your farewell dinner you will enjoy the performance of  Kyrgyz Folklore. You will listen to national songs and musical instruments.
 
Day 9: Djeti Oguz - Issyk Kul Lake
After packing your backpacks, breakfast time 9 a.m. Then you have
hiking down to the Djeti Oguz gorge. It has a nice mountain river that flows along the whole gorge. When you come to the bottom of this gorge you can walk for 15 minutes on the top of the nearest mountain - there is a stunning view on Djeti Oguz rocks and red mountains around! Then you will be transferred to the northern shore of the Issyk Kul Lake, second deepest lake in the world (1608m.asl). The Lake is also known as "Kyrgyz Sea". Dinner is served in the guesthouse, where you will stay for the last night.
 
Day 10: Issyk Kul - Bishkek
Breakfast time is 8 a.m. Then you come back to Bishkek. In Bishkek you will have time to go for a walk around the city and to buy souvenirs for your family and friends.  Farewell dinner is at 7 p.m.
 
Day 11: Flight home
You will be picked up from your hotel and accompanied by our tour-guide to International Airport Manas according to the details of your flight.
